Reports to: Head of PB United Kingdom & South Africa Geneva
Division: Wealth Management
Role Purpose:
As part of Coutts’ sustained strategy of growth, we are now looking for an exceptional private banker, to be based in our Geneva office, who can proactively build on our reputation and presence by developing long-term relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. We offer a fully integrated and comprehensive banking service, targeting the business and personal wealth of high net worth individuals.
Key Accountabilities:
- You will pro-actively develop new and existing business of UK nationals.
- Deliver exceptional client service and sophisticated financial advice to a portfolio of HNW and UHNW individuals
- Operate as part of a multi-functional, culturally diverse team
- Work closely with Investment Advisors and promote the Bank’s products and services where appropriate
Skills:
· Fluent English, ideally mother tongue, any other languages an advantage
· Excellent communication and proven client management skills

· To be able to demonstrate a genuine concern for delivering optimum results and service to clients at all times
· Excellent financial knowledge with the ability to discuss credibly all asset classes and explain complex financial products clearly and transparently to clients
Required Experience:
· University education, plus ideally professional qualification i.e. CFA, CFPI, CIIA
- Minimum of 5 years proven private banking experience, working with HNW and UHNW UK clients
- Proven experience of working to clearly defined annual revenue targets with the ability to deliver results
Other Requirements:
· Demonstrable knowledge of British culture and heritage
· Have the ability to operate and think independently whilst being a true team player
