At NatWest and RBS Retail, our goal is to build the UK’s most Helpful and Sustainable bank. To do this we focus on creating an experience for our customers that’s personal and effortless – we listen and understand, provide choices and respond quickly. We’re a small department of around 60 people (and counting) but the projects that we’re engaged in touch all corners of our Retail business. Whether it’s designing a cutting edge banking app for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry something we successfully did last year , or helping to ensure continuous improvement remains at the heart of our online banking service, this is a chance to develop yourself and make a real contribution to our team.

The past year has been a good one for us and we’ve already rolled out significant pieces of work. We are now able to offer customers access to our products through a whole range of digital and mobile avenues. And we’re not stopping there. With a packed development schedule and a range of exciting initiatives in the pipeline we are determined to lead the way in the adaption of mobile and digital channels in our industry.

We’re looking for a number of people to join us and help us grow, so that we can deliver our future ambitions. If you have expertise in digital marketing, journey management, SEM or SEO, HCI, usability or related areas – we want to hear from you.
